Hotdogs Tabasco mustard fresh bread BBQ

Hot dogs Tabasco mustard and fresh bread cooking on the barbecue on a beautiful day just hits the spot. I decided to bake some fresh loafs on a pizza stone and cook some hot dogs for lunch in between out door chores. I love grilled natural casing hot dogs and coarse ground mustard with tabasco and abit of bbq sauce for good measure on toasted buns. This day i bake two loafs and eat most of one ;) when the casing of the hot dogs begins to split they are ready to eat, so I tear off one of the ends, my favourite, make a pocket and slather it with hot mustard and some sweet baby ray bbq sauce, kind of a sweet and heat flavour that complement each other very well. Regular hot dog buns and yellow mustard is good for company and kids with out taste buds but i love the zest of mustard with bite and have been known to eat mustard bread by itself, especially if it is a nice "crusty" bread. Here I bake a white bread coated in egg whites to make the crust. If you see me cooking on the barbecue, and you like hotdogs, fresh bread and hot mustard, dont be late.
