By tractor first light ROCKNTV1

Sears suburban garden tractor:By tractor first light, I roll the new old tractor out of the garage this evening, under power and sporting gas lighting. The tractor restoration not quite finished, inspired enough excitement to require an outing with out all the electrical parts or grill installed. A Colman propane lantern was hung from the tractor with a hanger and a vise grip clamp, in real Paul Revere style. The suburban tractor in the video, is a 1972 SS15, and many parts from other year tractors of the same years. The original Briggs and stratton gas engine, has been replaced with a more new 16hp cast iron industrial engine. The paint used, are guestimation's by myself, as the factory paint colors are no longer available. Only a battery connected to the tractor starter / generator was needed to start the old suburban. After dark as it was, the light was sufficient to take the tractor for its maiden voyage around the garden. Engine porting, tuning, pulling, belt sizes, rear wheel weights and more at Barbecue in the garden. = Digg ThisAdd To Del.icio.us Add To Furl Add To Reddit Fav This With Technorati Add To Yahoo MyWeb Add To Newsvine Add To Google Bookmarks Add To Bloglines Add To Ask Add To Windows Live Add To Slashdot Stumble This =
